I came across this lizard in the house while vacuuming. The dog wasn't interested in him. He hung around for a couple days before I found him sitting beside the door. I opened it up and he scurried away.

where do you live, near the dessert, I had some what i think were voles in my strawberry patch.
I live in Long Beach, but my yard is currently dirt because I'm in the middle of relandscaping. I think I have seen this lizard hanging around outside before. He's an especially fat one.
